Robo Call | All-School Assembly and Survey Link
Good evening, this is Megan Conrow the Superintendent at Beaverhead County High School with an important message about our upcoming all-school assembly and a survey opportunity for parents and guardians.
Tomorrow, September 27 we will be hosting Rocky Herron, a national speaker whose mission is to empower students to make smart choices and discusses the negative impact of substance use. A letter was sent home to all BCHS families providing details about Rocky Herron, his presentation and information on how you can opt your student out of attending this assembly. You can find more information about what Mr. Herron will be discussing at www.rockyherron.com. If you did not get this letter and would like to opt your child out from attending this assembly, please call the high school office tomorrow morning between 7:45 AM and 10:00 AM. The assembly will start at 10:45 AM.
Also, on our high school website you will find a link to a survey ( https://eprovesurveys.advanc-ed.org/surveys/#/action/230633/31858 ). This survey is designed to gain insight into your perception of our high school. As a new Superintendent, it is important for me to hear from our families and ensure that you have a voice in your child’s education. You can find the link to this survey on the home page of our website at www.bchsmt.com. The link will say Parent Survey. The survey will be open until October 11. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the high school office during normal business hours.
As a reminder all robo call transcripts can be found on our school website. Thank you and have a great evening!
