August 2nd, 2023 ROBO Call, Free Physical Clinic
Good evening, this is Megan Conrow the Superintendent at Beaverhead County High School. I
am calling to notify you about a free physical clinic that is being offered in partnership with
Barrett Hospital. The free physical clinic will be held on Thursday, August 3rd from 5:00 to 8:00
PM in the BW Lodge gymnasium at the high school. Medical providers from Barrett Hospital will
be offering physicals which are required to participate in any MHSA activity. This is open to all
high school and middle school students who are interested in participating. There is no
appointment necessary, providers will see individuals on a first come, first serve basis. Parents
must accompany their child in order to sign necessary paperwork. Students should come
dressed in athletic clothing. Again, the free physical clinic will be on Thursday, August 3rd from
5-8 PM in the high school BW Lodge Gymnasium. If you have any questions, please do not
