Semester Tests & End of Year Information

Good evening BCHS parents, this is Gary Haverfield, Superintendent at BCHS. I am sending you this ROBO call regarding some important information and reminders for the upcoming Semester Test Schedule and student checkout on the last day of school
Parent information to be aware of:
· Friday May 26 will begin our semester test schedule with a review day for all classes
· No School on Monday May 29
· Semester exams are scheduled for Tuesday – Thursday May 3oth – June 1st
· Thursday’s schedule includes two test make up sessions in the afternoon
If students do not have any semester exams to make up – They do not have to attend school on Thursday afternoon
· If students have a study hall – They do not have to attend that class during the testing period
· Friday, June 2nd is the last day of school – and checkout day for all students’ grades 9-11.
The school will open its doors @ 7:45 am for students to begin the checkout process
Students should report to the office when they come to school to pick up the checkout form
Busses will run at noon on Friday
Again, Busses will run @ noon on Friday

· In addition, You will receive an email from me with the semester test schedule attached. Since this is a mass email, please check your junk/spam folder for this email.
Just a reminder, this transcript will be posted on our website under the News tab at www.bchsmt.com
